About Us

Hope Christian Church is a Stadia church plant in the Lakeview and Mid-City neighborhoods of New Orleans. It’s our desire to see people's lives be transformed by Jesus.

Hope Christian Church is pursuing a simple model of church and disciple-making. Which means that we intentionally don't have a lot of programs, so that there is time for family, friends and being engaged in the community to make a difference.

The lens that we look through for all that we do and are as a Church is the Bible. The Bible gives us, what is commonly referred to as, the Great Commandment found in Mark 12:30-31 and the Great Commission found in Matthew 28:19-20. These scriptures give us our purpose and our mission as people trying to live like Jesus.

To live like Jesus, means that we must serve. We serve people and the community in order to meet tangible, practical needs in the name of Jesus.
